Solo PvE

Description

I mostly use this build for PvE. You are very decent in PvP because of the huge amount of CC and very fast attacks for ganking situations. You can lock down enemies before they can throw even a skill. The items are easy to get making it affordable. For PvE, just try to disrupt any abilities the mobs try to use to make it easy for your group.
